The College Football Hall of Fame is in downtown Atlanta next to the CNN Center and Centennial Olympic Park. The interactive museum has exhibits, an indoor playing field, theater, touch screen wall and more.
Take a blue or green line train to the GWCC/CNN Station and follow the signs to the Philips Arena exit. Turn left at street level to completely walk around the State Farm Arena. At Marietta Street (where the street dead ends), turn left. Walking time is 9 minutes.
If any e-scooters are available near the train station, you can rent one to speed up your commute.
Outside the Peachtree Center train station is the Peachtree Center streetcar stop (use the Ellis Street/Peachtree Street East station exit). Pay a separate $1 fee to ride the streetcar to the Centennial Olympic Park stop. Walking time from this stop to the hall of fame is 5 minutes through the park. Download the ATL Streetcar app for iOS or Android to purchase tickets in advance or via the vending machine at the streetcar stop.
The streetcar also travels to the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic Site for additional sightseeing.
